“In the Pro Gymnastics Challenge, you
get the opportunity to perform skills that
would be too risky to put into a ten
skilled routine. It is much more exciting
for us athletes and for the audience than
traditional gymnastics.”
What kind of training advice would you
give a young gymnast?
“Never let anyone tell you, you can't.
You can do anything if you want it bad
enough!”

“It took me a long time, but finally I
realized that I wouldnʼt get anywhere in
gymnastics if I was afraid of everything.
So if I get afraid I just remind myself of
that.“

“Trust your coach and yourself and
together you can achieve anything!”
What are some of the most
important aspects to concentrate on as

“As an athlete the most important thing
to me is to take care of my body. If you
don't take care of your body, you cannot
be an athlete! ”
