This page is all about the PGC
athletes that graduated from
the university of oklahoma
talking about how they’re
excited to host NCAA’s. The
whole Men’s National Team
will be at the meet. alumni
include Steve, Jake, Chris and
Jonathan.
“Hosting NCAA’s is always amazing! The atmosphere of nationals
alone is insane, and once you factor in competing in front of your
home crowd it brings the meet to a whole new level! To this day, one
of my favorite gymnastics memories was winning Nationals at home
during my freshman year.”

“I’m very excited for Oklahoma to host the Men’s NCAA’s this year.
It’s always fun to host, but it’s even better when they are ranked #1
heading into the end of the season. The meet should be a lot of fun,
and we are hoping there will be a great crowd!”
–Jake Dalton
*Who do you think has a shot at an individual title on this year’s team?*
“As far as individual titles you’ve got Michael Squires, who already
has a couple of titles under his belt and is definitely a player for the
rings title. I think Michael Reid will be in the mix for pommel horse.
Alec Robin won both the vault and floor titles last year and I’m
sure he’s hungry for a repeat performance. We’ve got a few others
that could put up a good fight at National titles as well. I can’t
wait to see how it all plays out!”

*Why do you think this year’s Sooners team is having such incredible success?*
“Each team is different. I haven’t gotten the opportunity to see them
train that much, but I know Coach Williams and he is all about
preparation. He always pushes his team to be consistent and to be in
great physical shape to handle the numbers that are necessary to
compete with 100% confidence. In this game, confidence in yourself
and in your teammates can go a long way in building momentum
through a competition and competitive season.”
