ladimir and Peggy Toussant are
the owners of WBKEVegasradio.
com, an Internet streaming
radio station that caters to the needs
of Las Vegas locals. In less than one
year, the couple have developed a
business model that is providing quality
programming and creating opportunities
for deejays, musicians, talk show hosts
and community organizations. They
have also created two additional radio
streaming stations;
WBKESoFlaRadio.com
and VegasRawradio.
com.
“Life is about working together
and helping each other. It’s
our essence and the natural
way to live. I wish we could go
back to the days when we lived
by bartering. People traded
the things that they had and
everyone benefitted.”
Throughout
their 25 year
relationship, the
Toussants have
shared a passion
for helping others
become more
successful. In fact,
Peggy said that
Vladimir’s sense of
community attracted
her to him when they
were high school
classmates.
“Even when we were teenagers,
Vlad was always into building people
up and I am very similar to him in that
way. We never question each other when
it comes to giving someone a helping
hand.”
“When we were developing the
concept of WBKEVegasradio, we thought
a lot about how the station could h elp
show hosts pursue their dreams. There
are so many people out there who have
messages to share with the world that
are important, but they lack a platform to
present from. Our station provides that
platform. We are proud to be partners in
their success.”
Vladimir attributes much of his
community-focused philosophy to his
upbringing on the island of Haiti.
“I have always gotten a tremendous
amount of satisfaction from contributing
to the lives of others. So many people
have given my wife and I helping hands
through the years and that has helped
me to appreciate the value of helping
others even more.”

The Toussants had no background
in broadcasting prior to starting
WBKEVegasradio.com in 2015.
They saw online media as an
