Though we are not watch obsessed like some
other publications, we do like a good timepiece
and especially a classy one.
When received the box on a lovely summers
afternoon, so we decided to take it outside to
unbox it.
The watch comes in a solid brown case and
displayed on a leather style cushion, which
immediately shows of the face to full effect.
The watch is as it says in the title - thin. It is is
also small, a 27 mm case in diameter but only
a very slender 4.7mm thick.
A first glance it looked a little small and it
does every time one takes it off ones wrist.
Especially in comparison to all the general
male watches out there with there steroid
driven musculature.
But then you put it on and realise why,
because this watch is elegant, discrete and
classic. It is made to hark back to a past that
did not involve pumping iron or displaying
six packs on Instagram.
This watch is for people who rely on their
charm, their sophistication and don't want to
flaunt what they wear on their wrist.
We certainly took to glancing at it admirably
when out and about and received a couple of
compliments from people we met.
It is a simple watch, with a classic face, that
does not want to be anything more than that
and truly we admire that.
We heartily recommend this watch to you
Gentlemen.
For the Classy Gentleman who harks back to
simpler times.
