Shave
Like all the other Joe Grooming products the product itself felt exceptionally fit for purpose when we tested it by look & in our hands .
We have to say some of us struggled with this one , it did not work well for all of us . It was not really compatible with using a brush and for some of the testing team it did not lather up enough nor feel that it went deep enough into the beard . For a couple of the testing team it worked fine , but still it felt disappointing after the other products .
Thickening Shampoo
We delved into the Thickening Shampoo with it ' s Barley & Hops to help strengthen thinning hair . Like the Daily Shampoo it had a satisfying odour but did not have the tingle that the other products do . Though not to be expected as it has a different purpose , after the first two , we felt we missed something .
The Shampoo itself though was excellent , it certainly felt after a few of days of use on this tester ' s thinning hair a certain vitality .
Scrub
The mildly disconcerting brown look of the scrub masked probably our favourite product of this bunch .
The peppermint , clay and husk combination worked a treat . We used it both on the face and the body and not only did we enjoy the applying it , we really noticed some good effects on our skin .
After we stepped out of the shower , it was time to use the Shave Cream .
In summation , we think that these Joe Grooming products are in general well above average male grooming products for the price range they are in . They are certainly superior to many high street pharmacy store fillers .
We would happily recommend them to you Gentlemen .
