Ingredients 2 Chicken Pouches or 4 Pieces of Chicken 2 Rows of Snack or Ritz Crackers ½ Bar of Cheese (Cheddar, Provolone, or Hot Pepper) 1 Diced Jalapeno 2 Packets of Butter, Olive Oil, or Vegetable Oil ¼ Tablespoon of Garlic or 2 Diced Garlic Cloves ½ Tablespoon of onion or ½ Diced Purple Onion ¼ Tablespoon of Cilantro/Cilantro Powder Instructions 1. Smash the crackers to dust and put them into a large bowl. 2. Mix all the seasonings with butter or olive oil and fry it in a pan for a minute. Then add the chicken into the pan and fry it for 3 minutes. 3. Mix all the ingredients (cheese, chicken, and cracker), mix cracker mix, and add enough hot water to make a thick dough. Let it set for a couple minutes. 4. Make chicken fingers about ½ inch thick and 2 inches in length. 5. Put the chicken fingers in the microwave or in a pan on the stove for 2 minutes and then flip them for another 2 minutes. They should look golden, crispy, and taste and smell delicious! 6. Enjoy with sandwiches, crackers, rice, or with some dipping sauces like BBQ and ranch!
