In one of her first adventures, dating back to 2012, The Girl stared down a pack of wolves armed only with her umbrella. There was nothing to indicate whether or not she’d emerge victorious, and I always wondered what happened. I feel like this is the conclusion of that episode.

This is straight out of real life. My brother and I made a road trip from Albuquerque to Denver one summer, and the thing I marveled at most was the vastness of the prairies. In Atlanta we live in a forest, so it thrilled me to stretch my arms out wide and not be able to discern the beginning of the horizon. I think I felt most like Her when I was there.
