Anytime Simona had an opportunity to hack a crevice in my self-esteem she took it, and it worked. I could feel the seismic waves moving through me, carrying with them the energy that I knew would end in another blowout fight as she pressed at my confidence. All I knew to do was hit her with a low blow.
