Why Work At A Spirit Of Adventure Camp?
Being on camp staff has brought out the best in
me. I began working at camp as a shy kid, who
didn't know anyone, and my scouting skills
were slim to none. But, over my four years on
staff I have learned to be a leader, a teacher, and
an accomplished scout. Camp Staff has given
me confidence in myself and friends who will
last a life time.

The best summers of my life have been spent on the
shores of Northwood Lake as a member of the
Wah-Tut-Ca Scout Reservation Staff. Serving on camp
staff has provided me with some of the most rewarding experiences that anyone could have. The opportunity to become a part of the place I love, to work with
some of my best friends, and to inspire every youth
that walks through those gates; its priceless.
-Justin St. Louis
Being on camp staff has given me many opportunities that
I never expected. Working at camp has shown to me how
hard work really does pay off in the end. There is no
greater feeling than seeing scouts enjoy the program you
designed. I have also met some of my closest and most
dependable friends through camp staff.

Being on camp staff at Wah-Tut-Ca really prepared me for having responsibilities.
I learned a lot of important skills, especially being on time to things. I also really
developed my social skills and made many new friends.
