CHOOSE OR CREATE YOUR OWN RARE ADVENTURE! This summer, for the first time ever, Wah-Tut-Ca and T. L. Storer will be coming together to offer an all-new program, Rare Adventures! Designed with the goal of bringing the High-Adventure Experience to your local council camp, the Rare Adventures program will allow scouts to participate in incredible new opportunities the likes of which they won’t find in any other camp. Expanding and redefining the scope of what is possible in just a week of summer camp, the Rare Adventures program is here to offer an unforgettable experience to every scout who enters a NeXus camp! Varying in length and difficulty, the Rare Adventures will provide new experiences to scouts of all ages, ranks, and skill levels: Spend an hour on an excursion on the Craig Ryder Whale Boat, learning advanced sailing techniques while exploring the beautiful and expansive Northwood Lake! Grab a friend and take on the all-new Vertical Caving Tower at T. L. Storer, climbing, crawling, and rappelling your way through a vertical maze! Gather your patrol or troop and head out to Parker Mountain for an overnight survival simulation, doing the best you can to make it through until the break of day! Units will even have the opportunity to work with the NeXus staff and build their own Rare Adventure, facilitated by us!
