Therefore , effective OSA management will require a patient-centered approach ( precision medicine ), improved access for diagnosis and treatment , and the ability to balance guidelines with evidence-based medicine . This course examines the reasons why we need to move away from a one-size-fits-all paradigm to an integrated , interdisciplinary model where we can predict best outcomes in a given population .
