The Medical Billing Roundtable will be hosted on both Friday and Saturday in
Water’s Edge A&B. The first presentation will be held on Friday at 2:45pm, and
the second will be held on Saturday at 10:30am.

Lesia Crawford is the CEO and co-founder of GoGo Billing, a firm specializing in
medical billing for dentists with an emphasis on Dental Sleep Medicine for the past 8
years. She possesses over twenty years of dental experience as an assistant, office man-
ager, consultant, and now as co-owner along with Dr. Stacey Layman of Go To Sleep,
a dedicated dental sleep practice located in Phoenix, AZ.
Jeff Burton, R.N.

Jeff Burton, R.N. is the owner of Lyon Dental Sleep Services, a company that provides
industry-leading medical billing, consulting, and marketing services for dental prac-
tices across the country. His diverse background in health care serves as a foundation
to delivering the support and expert guidance to advance the field of dental sleep
medicine. Jeff was instrumental in helping establish and grow Michigan Sleep Network PC, a dental sleep
medicine practice which he continues to manage with two locations in Grand Rapids and Birmingham. He
also holds a contractor position as senior clinical improvement specialist at United Physicians, a physician
organization consisting of over 2,500 physicians in southeast Michigan. Jeff ’s prior experience includes
management positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and clinical roles as a registered nurse in the
cardiovascular surgical intensive care unit at Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital and post anesthesia care unit
at St. Mary Mercy Hospital.
