New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police & Stockton
University Announce the Creation of a new Professional
Certificate Program for Law Enforcement Professionals
We are excited to introduce the latest Stockton Certificate Program
which was developed by the Rodgers Group, LLC, in cooperation with
the NJSACOP and the Stockton University Center for Public Safety and
Security. The focus of this four-part program will be to enable law
enforcement executives to become proficient in positively impacting the
collective capacity of law enforcement and deal with the contemporary
public safety challenges attributed to their complex operating
environments.
Upon successful completion of the following four programs, the attendees
will receive a "Certificate in Executive Development in Policing", from
Stockton University, in cooperation with the New Jersey State
Association of Chiefs of Police.

Module A: NJSACOP Foundation for Senior Executive Leadership Program [FEL]
Module B: NJSACOP Contemporary Issues in Police Administration [CIPA]
Module C: NJSACOP Police Executive Institute [PEI]
Module D: Stockton University Executive Development in Policing Capstone
Courses may be taken in any order (except for the Capstone, which can only be completed after
successful attendance at Modules A, B, and C.
Prior attendance at any session of Modules A, B, and/or C will be given full credit.
