If not revived the target will eventually die. Concentration: Necrotic Energy: Effect: Intense 15 per use. In the targets mind they are reduced to zero health and fall unconscious. However, as they do so they still retain their current health. Target loses actual Health Points equal to Rank per round unless they are roused; achieved by simply shaking them awake. Necrovasculation + Rupture + Hateful Harvest Requires a Tooth Graft from UX-170 (Vampire): Grafting of the two maxillary central incisor teeth provides the recipient with both a vicious bite attack and damage enhancing Talents. The donor teeth must be forced, as they are vastly oversized when compared to typical human incisors, into freshly bleeding sockets for them to successfully attach. Straight, razor sharp, and over 2” long they continually dig into the gums just behind the lips of the recipient whenever the mouth is fully closed. Tendrils grow from the grafted teeth through the bone of the maxilla and into the temporomandibular joint to allow hypermobility of the lower jaw, increasing bite span. Necrovasculation (Tier 1) results in the death and ultimately decay of the tissue surrounding your bite. Concentration: Necrotic Energy: Effect: Active 10 per use. Target takes an additional d10 damage every 10 minutes per Rank thereafter until some form of “healing” is administered. This can take the form of a First Aid skill check at -50%, or General Medicine skill check at -20%. Cellular Manipulation or Metabolic Rush can also end the decay. After every 30 minutes of decay the target loses 1 point of Charisma due to unsightly scarring. This loss lasts for 1 week for every Rank of the NecroMech who inflicted the bite. Use of Metabolic Rush reduces this to 1 hour per Rank. Rupture (Tier 2) causes the blood vessels near where you bite your target to burst and continue to bleed profusely. Concentration: Necrotic Energy: Effect: Active 15 per use. Requires an Action check to bite the target, immediately inflicting d10 damage. On-going d10 damage per round bleeding damage.
