Obsidian Fist → Catastrophe → Executioner Obsidian Fist (Tier 1) literally makes your hands as hard and dense as obsidian with the result that your unarmed physical blows inflict increased damage and can also incapacitate your opponents. As a side-effect the skin on your hands darkens. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Passive 10 per strike. Requires a normal Action check to strike the target. Your target suffers double damage per strike at Rank 1, triple damage at Rank 4, and quadruple damage at Rank 7. 10% chance per Rank to stun your opponent. Catastrophe (Tier 2) concentrates a single unarmed strike into something akin to being kicked by a horse that can cause serious internal bleeding and organ damage. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Active 30 per strike. Requires a normal Action check to strike the target. Your target suffers (10 x Rank) points of damage per strike. 5% chance per Rank that the strike is considered an Overwhelming Success. Executioner (Tier 3) enables a precise, extremely powerful, strike to exactly the right point on your target to cause catastrophic consequences. You become an instrument of death. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Passive 50 per strike. Requires an Action check to strike the target. Immediately reduces your target to 0 Health Points or inflicts 100 Hit Points of damage. Adrenaline Rush → Vertical Climb → Unfettered Movement Adrenaline Rush (Tier 1) allows you to make amazing horizontal leaps especially if given a running start or to cross short distances in what seems the blink of an eye. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Passive 10 per round. Increase maximum movement speed by 10% per Rank per round (non- cumulative). Increase maximum horizontal jump distance by 20% per Rank.
