Whatever you are wearing is, however, not so protected. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Passive Becomes Subconscious at Rank 7 10 per minute at Rank 1; decreasing in cost by 1 per Rank and increasing in duration by 1 minute per Rank. At Rank 10 it would only cost 1 per 10 minutes. You become completely immune to fire damage for the duration. In cases where fire is only a component of the overall damage, e.g. a gas explosion, the total damage is reduced by 50%. Nimbus (Tier 2) surrounds you in in a shield of translucent β€œflames”, almost invisible to the eye, that cause painful damage to those who touch you. The effect, which is psychic rather fire in nature, is limited to creatures not objects. Fire resistance does not reduce the damage inflicted. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Active 25 per use. Those who touch you with bare flesh or make a successful attack using body weaponry sustain damage of (d10 x Rank) points of damage per strike. Lasts for 1 minute per Rank. Conduit (Tier 3) enables you to replenish your own health by absorbing the energy of targeted sources surrounding you. This requires that you are close to either a fire, molten metal, electrical cable, generator, running motor engine, etc. Slender translucent tendrils leap from your body to seemingly attach to the target source and pulse, as do your eyes, when you draw the energy into you. For dramatic effect you can control from where the tendrils emerge. Your hands, face, or even from all around your body. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Intense, Interruptible 5 per round.
