Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Active 20 per use. Your target suffers 8 points of damage per Rank. The “spark” has a range of 6” per Rank. Any intervening NON- CONDUCTING material reduces the damage by -2 per Rank. Electrostatic Charge (Tier 2) simply applies a charge to ANY two selected targets. If both have the same charge, then they are immediately pulled violently together or conversely with opposite charges they are blown apart. An enterprising Energy Adept could separate door from frame or have two attackers slam together. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Intense 30 per use. Each of the two targets can weigh 40 lbs. per Rank. Distance each target will travel when affected 5 feet per Rank. At Rank 4 two 160 lb. targets could be compelled together when 20 feet apart, or violently separated by 20 feet. Collision damage may be sustained; between two colliding targets, or between separated targets and their surroundings. Arc Lightning (Tier 3) causes a bolt of electricity to leap from your outstretched hand to strike your first target from which it then arcs to all nearby additional targets. The effect is very similar to Biocurrent except much more powerful. Target selection is based on what can be seen. However, selecting a tank or shipping container, both metal, could subject anyone or anything inside to the damaging effects of the lightning. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Active 50 per use. Your primary target suffers 15 points of damage per Rank. Secondary targets within 10 feet of the primary target each take 10 points of damage per Rank. Tertiary targets within 10 feet of any secondary target each take 5 points of damage per Rank. The “bolt” has a range of 10 feet per Rank. Target selection is determined by the practitioner and as such requires line of sight to any potential target.
