Daze is a focused thought that stuns the mind of your target(s) forcing them into complete inaction for a short period of time. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Intense 60 per use. Your target is forced into a stupor during which time they cannot take any Action, simply standing and staring. This effect lasts for 1 minute (6 rounds) per Rank. Spirit Rend → Disruption → Life Energy Burst Spirit Rend (Tier 1) rips into the core of your target causing minor destruction of either Life Energy or Necrotic Energy (whichever is greatest). If the result is loss of Necrotic Energy then the effect is increased due to your attunement with nature, the antithesis of what it means to embrace deathlessness. Use of this ability against a NecroMech can drain not only their Necrotic Energy but also Life Energy and eventually Health Points. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Active 20 per use. Your target suffers 5 Life Energy or 10 Necrotic Energy loss per Rank. Disruption (Tier 2) unravels the very essence of your target so that they lose Life Energy or Necrotic Energy (whichever is greatest) over time. The loss is small to begin with but increases rapidly until the effect ends. If the result is loss of Necrotic Energy, then the loss is amplified. Disruption can be devastating against Othersiders with very large Necrotic Energy pools. Concentration: Life Energy cost: Effect: Intense, Interruptible 30 to establish and then 10 every round until you stop or run out of Life Energy. Once Disruption has started the target immediately loses 10 Life Energy or 15 Necrotic Energy. This loss continues every round but doubling every time. This means at Rank 4: An immediate loss of 10 Life/15 Necrotic. After 1 round an additional loss of 20 Life/30 Necrotic. After 2 rounds an additional loss of 40 Life/60 Necrotic. After 3 rounds an additional loss of 80 Life/120 Necrotic. At which point the Disruption must cease. A total of loss of 150 Life/225 Necrotic. Page 51
