Strength (Physical) Muscle-power plain and simple. With greater strength comes the ability to carry more equipment, move easily even while wearing armor, and lift heavy weight. In hand- to-hand combat strength increases both damage and the chance to stun an opponent. Constitution (Physical) Reflects your level of health, vitality, toughness, and endurance. Greater constitution translates to increased resilience to physical injury and resistance to poison, infection, and life drain. Those with high constitution take less damage and “bounce back” quickly, as well as requiring less sleep (normally 8 hours) to recover Life Energy. For example, a gunshot to a character with Constitution 8 for 2 d10 would be reduced by -2. Similarly, a Rank 2 Phantom Claws strike on the same character causing 10 points of damage for 2 rounds would also be reduced by -1 per round for a total of -2. Dexterity (Physical) Determines your level of hand-eye coordination, agility, balance, and reflexes. A high dexterity improves ranged weapon precision and speed with a handheld weapon. Also essential for moving quickly and silently, climbing, and even picking locks. In general, the greater your dexterity the quicker you can physically react to any given situation.
