This insidious effect reduces the victim’s maximum Health by 1 per Rank after 1 day, and then by same amount every subsequent day for another week; 8 days in total. Each 10 Health loss is accompanied by loss of 1 Charisma. This continues until psychically healed with Cellular Manipulation; every point healed in this way reverses one point of rot decay until maximum health is again reached, at which point the affliction is effectively removed. Medical intervention has no appreciable impact and as this is a “psychic disease” no immunity is developed. If allowed to continue for 7 consecutive days then this reduction becomes permanent, i.e. at Rank 5, the victim’s maximum Health starts at 100 but is reduced to 60, and their Charisma is reduced by 4. Profane Privilege heightens your senses and in so doing gives you physical attack advantage. Concentration: Necrotic Energy: Effect: Passive 5 per hour. Add 1 to all Physical Action Initiative rolls at Rank 1, 2 at Rank 4, 3 at Rank 7, and 5 at Rank 10.
