ABOUT THE EVENT
Mark your calendars, dust off your most tubular outfi ts, and join us for
a 1980s-themed Summer BBQ! After a brief hiatus, our BBQ is back and
we’ll be celebrating by returning to the historic Adobe Building for the
fi rst time in a year. Our BBQ menu will again feature “Parisian Burgers,”
the delicious retro-Mountain View dish from the gone-but-not-forgotten
Linda’s Drive-In, catered by Goldrush Eatery. Space is limited so reserve

will share a then-and-now photo slideshow of
Mountain View landmarks in the 1980s and
what they look like today. Members and guests
are also encouraged to bring any items (photos,
collectibles, clothing, etc. related to 1980s
history) for show-and-tell.
