ith the success of Healthy Icy’s classic mobile cart, Mark was commissioned to create
another customized cart. A more elaborate design was developed;it featured curved
mouldings and decorative protrusions. This beautiful cart adapts to limitations in space, yet it
still retains the full functionality of an ice cream cart that enables the temperatures to be in a
consistent range. The innovation lies in the wooden enclosure’s sophisticated details. This was
