T
he Pantone process was once
again showcased in this project
involving a special series of “jewel boxes,” which were designed to
house
the
macarons.
Hard cases
made with thick card-stock and specific Pantone spot colors produced
the desired classy effect without being boring. Women have been mostly delighted as these boxes can be
reused to store little trinkets and personal effects.
T
he art direction is was inspired by
Delphine DeLorme’s “The Pink-
house” while the concept of using
birds as the primary subjects was
centered on Mr. Thevenin’s principle
that intimacy in visuals is far more attractive than mundane objects. Each
jewel box must always tell a story.
