The Michael J. Fox Foundation and AbbVie are proud
that Partners in Parkinson’s has served more than 30,000
members of the Parkinson's community from coast to coast
since its launch in 2014. This strategic health initiative aims
to fill in knowledge gaps and provide new educational tools
and resources for the Parkinson’s community to help patients
optimize their care from diagnosis through advanced disease.
Combining virtual and face-to-face opportunities, including
day-long symposia attracting up to 1,000 attendees, Partners
in Parkinson’s empowers patients and families to “discover
the benefits of team” by connecting them with information
and resources that can be crucial in developing a plan of care
specific to their Parkinson’s.
