The first quarter of 2018 has blurred by us , and we ’ re just passing the Easter and Spring Break holiday seasons . The activity in real estate is beginning to churn , and there are a few things that we know of about this year that are crucial factors for buyers or sellers .
Factor 1 : Nearly 10 million people were forced to foreclose on their personal residences during the “ Housing Bubble ” burst , and the ending of the Great American Recession ending in 2009 .
