Reactive vs. Proactive Time Management

order A should be nearly complete, but it's nowhere
near done. So, you pull people off Work order B to
help you.
As a result, Work order B then falls behind
completion, and users are now frustrated. In
addition, patient are complaining while nurses are
left address those concerns and crap rolls down hill.
A backlog then builds up as you try to get to grips
with the new tas
