Lord, your God, with all your heart and
soul. But they don’t tell you how.
According to Jesus’ teachings, the heart is the
central point of purity and impurity. Jesus Christ
declared, ‘Your heart will be where your riches
are.’ [MATTHEW 6:21]
He exclaimed, ‘Things that come out of the
mouth come from the heart. Those are the things
that make you “unclean”. Evil thoughts come from
the inside, from people’s hearts.’ [MATTHEW 15:18]
‘Blessed are the pure in heart, for they
will see God.’ [MATTHEW 5:8]
His Divine Eminence Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi
explains that you begin to love that which dwells
in your heart. However, you have to prepare your
heart spiritually before you can bring the Lord in.
When you are born into this world, your Spiritual
Heart is dormant. In the past, through the
blessings of spiritual dignitaries, people’s hearts
would be revived and ready to love the Lord. Now,
His Divine Eminence presents a simple method
that anyone can try in order to love the Lord.
The physical heart is a pumping station
and on top of it sits the Spiritual Heart. The
Spiritual Heart, once revived with Divine
Energy, is able to communicate with the Lord.
Then, the Spiritual Heart becomes the potential
dwelling of the Lord. In this method, the Spiritual
Heart is revived by synchronising the name
of the Lord within the heartbeats. Just as flint
and steel are struck to create a spark or the
splashing of water generates hydroelectricity,
the constant repetition of the Lord’s name in the
heart generates Divine Light. The heart, being
a pumping station, circulates the light-oriented
blood all over the body, eventually leading to full
enlightenment of the body and souls within it.
It does not matter which name of the Lord
is used to allude to him, as all divine names are
worthy of respect and direct one towards the

Repeat the name of the Lord three times
while looking at the divine image. You
can use any name you feel comfortable
with.
Practise repeating the name of God
along with your heartbeats or pulse
every night for at least seven days.
You should feel the name of God
entering your heart. If you do not feel
this phenomenon instantly, practise
repeating the divine mantra along with
your heartbeats daily.
Within seven days, you will experience your
heart repeating the name of the Lord by itself.
