Many people who experience depression regularly express their growing concern at the ‘ways of the world’, ‘how other people act’ or ‘how things just seem to be going really badly for the.’ By learning to reflect on both the inner and outer processes that are happening to and around them, they can learn to have greater acceptance and understanding as to why these things are happening.
