On December 12th the comet will reach its perihelion, that is, the point closest to the Sun, thus becoming the Christmas comet. "It will probably be visible to the naked eye, although to do so you will have to look for dark places away from the city lights. a small pair of binoculars will be enough to observe 46P / Wirtanen, because the comet is supposed to have a very luminous and large crown.
