subconscious
MAQ
MAQ artists often work with visualization on the subconscious. Visualization is a mental experience and representation of imaginary events. Mental representation or visualization belongs to the capacity of the brain to see events, objects, people in images. Visualization has great power, because the human brain does not distinguish between imaginary events and real events. For the brain, imaginary events in the mind are reality. This fact has long been approved and demonstrated. The visualization was used in the preparatory program for the Apollo flight.
The astronauts were connected to special equipment, and they traveled a certain distance in their imagination. Surprisingly, in all the astronauts have been activated exactly the same muscles in the same sequence as in reality. The palpitations of the astronauts increased every second, as if they had really traveled a distance, even though at that moment everyone was seated in armchairs.
