Types of abstraction:
Primitive-sensual - the allocation of some properties of the object, ignoring its other qualities.
For example, consider the structure, but ignore the shape of the object.
Generalization - the allocation of a common characteristic in a phenomenon, ignoring the presence of individual characteristics.
Idealization - is the replacement of real properties with an ideal scheme, which excludes existing shortcomings. This is a common form of abstraction. People like to idealize others and the world as a whole.
Isolation - select the component on which the attention is concentrated.
Constructive - "coarse", which shapes phenomena that have vague boundaries.
Infinity - infinite sets are defined as finite.
