But what do you know?

Today I will tell you something that made me smile. On Twitter I read a sentence (also quite obvious) of a colleague:

"The hexavalent vaccine is not "six vaccines" but "a vaccine that protects against six diseases ".

An obvious and obvious affirmation for those who know the subject but which for some might find interesting. That's all. The surprise came when a reader answered:

"Excuse me, but what do you know?".

And this is right.

The reader sees that a doctor writes one thing about the vaccines (hence a strictly medical topic) and asks: "but what do you know?" (and who should know the "medical things"?), because for those who read, probably, the news that is given is incomprehensible, perhaps because he has read something different somewhere or because, not knowing the topic, it was made an idea of is own.
