Is It Still
Trendy?

In the last few Years Brooklyn;especially Williamsburg, has been the Mecca for Generation
Y and all things trendy. As with anything popular, Brooklyn’s trendy influx of newcomers may
be coming to an end.
It happens to any neigborhood that is super
popular; more and more people move there
,and the once inexpensive property is suddenly not-so-inexpensive. People notice this happening and try to find the next inexpensive
hotspot.
Williamsburg is one of the neighborhoods
where this is happening the most. Residents
are flocking to other low-cost neighborhoods
in Brooklyn and even into other parts of the
city; especially other boroughs such as Queens
and The Bronx.
