We compared Clase Azul against Patron
Silver and 1800 Silver.
Patron Silver -

has a stronger
initial start. A full mouth flavor and
longer taste envelope than Clase Azul.
It has very smoky and earthy
flavor notes.

1800 Silver -

strong bite to start, shorter flavor
envelope than Clase Azul. Distinct
aftertaste.

To be completely honest,
both Patron and 1800 Silver taste practically the
same as each other. I; however, thoroughly enjoyed
Clase Azul La Pinta’s sweet
pomegranate flavor and
non-overpowering taste.
I usually prefer “manly”
drinks such as whiskey over
fruit-flavored so-called
“girly” drinks, but I can say
with confidence there is
nothing “girly” about La
Pinta.•
