When I decided to blog, my husband I were trying to come up with a name. He always calls me a chef wannabe. So I decided instead of being specifically all recipe driven, it could also just be random food thoughts. There you have it, foodthoughtsofachefwannabe
If you could only make one recipe for rest your life what would be and why?
Chicken Noodle soup! It is my favorite food. I get to do one of my favorite things, making pasta and the time into making fresh chicken stock, I just love feeding it to my family. I enjoy the work and love that goes into making each part.
What is the most common mistake people do with recipes that makes them fail at cooking?
They take them so literally. Of course in baking it is a science but in cooking, things can be switched and tweaked!!
