American Dreams

So should I move a mountain, or try to make one out of molehills? To show skills and spit fire so you evacuate—no drills. Y’all gonna see a star coming up to hit ya like I came and whacked Captain America with his own shield. Yo, these punches that I throw are coming for your face first, so when I finish rapping, don’t be surprised if your face hurts. I love bottling emotions, I’ll explode when my rage burst and start kicking up dust into your lunch so you can taste dirt.

But the reason that I’m mad and the reason that I’m angry is because of this racist, scared, tangerine looking pansy. We tried running from this bull, but we can’t; it’s a stampede. He’s on twitter when there’s a whole country that he’s handling, acting like we’re not the same, and we’re people who can’t bleed.

Make America Great Again; you haven’t done a damn thing. Still no justice for the man who said that he can’t breathe, and no justice for the kid who spilled Arizona in the damn street. No, honestly it’s sad, yo! He only knows the upper class, yo! And what’s the real reason that police make us that bad, yo? He’ll collect body bags so there’s no more of us Black folk, and he’ll remove immigrants, so I’ll see you inside of that boat.

Here’s how America was discovered if you’re lost, son: Columbus came here, there were people here, and they taught the crew how to cook, how to farm, and how to wash up. Columbus asked for nothing—they simply just offered. He said, “Thanks for everything and, we ain’t gonna stop ya, technically we are because now we’re gonna rob ya! And we’re taking all your land so you’ve got nowhere else to prosper! And we’ll be disappointed if we see more than no survivors.”

For me, that’s just a modern day interpretation, but I’ve come to rain on this parade: precipitation. As the U.S., ain’t we supposed to be united as a nation? The United States of America, but there was segregation: separation from Whites and all other races.
