A QUARTER OF A CENTURY ago , APECS was launched in Russia . Since then the company has introduced numerous innovative solutions to address one of the most important concerns : the need to protect one ’ s home . Although our operations span across several countries nowadays , we remain a family-run business and value developed close-knit relations with partners and customers . While APECS is relatively new to the UK market , it has established itself as a trustworthy partner for our suppliers and clients . We decided to bring a range of various products from all APECS locations to the UK market , all of them are in line with the APECS goal to protect the home , the workspace and places between . All new products have been successfully tested in the European markets and clients ’ feedback has been great .
A new range will be presented to the wider public in the UK during the MLA expo that is taking place on 6-8 October . It includes cylinders , mortice locks , heavy duty locks , door closers , latches , handles , padlocks , hinges and door accessories . All visitors of the Expo will have a chance to examine the products and discuss any questions with an APECS expert team .
Although , all of the products in the range are of premium quality , our flagship products for 2017 are APECS AP cylinder , X5 lock , ALARM padlock , a door closer DC204 and a 3D hinge .
APECS AP , which is an ultimate solution for the protection of a
snapping attack , already obtained the highest Sold Secure Diamond standard as well as Kitemark TS007 3-star rating and is approved by the police through a series of robust quality tests . It is suitable for single action doors up to 1050mm wide , max door weight of 85kg and a opening angle of 180 °. The DC204 has a 60min fire rating and is tested to at least 500,000 cycles and comes with a 5 years APECS guarantee .
