The Perfect Fit
Specialists in mechanical key safes,
The Key Safe Company, is offering its
commercial customers the chance to
become an accredited key safe installer
through a new training scheme.
» » THE HALF-DAY
workshops are dedicated
to highlighting how to
correctly and securely fit a
key safe to ensure it can’t
be compromised. Each
session is offered on site
and will offer customers
hands-on training to become
fully confident in fitting the
product, to ensure maximum
safety for tenants.
David Smith, business
development manager for
The Key Safe Company,
commented: “Our customers
are at the heart of
everything we do at The Key
Safe Company and we’re
dedicated to going the
extra mile to ensure using
our services is as easy as
possible. We are delighted
that we have been able to
extend our customer service
offering, which makes
installing a key safe even
easier.
“These sessions have
been designed to be a
collaborative effort with the
installers. Many customers
who are used to fitting
the products like to come
along to make sure they
are doing it correctly, while
some companies use the
service for training their new
starters. The sessions have
been well received by local
police forces, as the more
key safes installed correctly
the less chance they can be
compromised.”
Throughout the training
course customers will
learn about the Supra
C500 KeySafeTM’s unique
features, the dos and don’ts
for installing them correctly
and get hands-on practical
experience of fitting the
key safe. Upon completing
the training session those
attending will receive a
certificate to mark that they
are accredited key safe
installers.
‘Our customers
are at the heart of
everything we do’
The Supra C500 is the
UK’s first mechanical key
safe to be police accredited
through the Secured by
Design initiative due to
achieving the LPS1175: Issue
6, security rating 1. The
product has an accredited
certification from The Loss
Prevention Certification
Board (LPCB), the leading
international Certification
Body in the fields of
security and fire protection.
Recognised by leading
home insurance companies,
the product has undergone
rigorous tests devised
by security experts to
demonstrate a comparable
attack resistance to a
domestic front door.
