Each session is offered on site and will offer customers hands-on training to become fully confident in fitting the product, to ensure maximum safety for tenants. David Smith, business development manager for The Key Safe Company, commented: “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at The Key Safe Company and we’re dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure using our services is as easy as possible. We are delighted that we have been able to extend our customer service offering, which makes installing a key safe even easier. “These sessions have been designed to be a collaborative effort with the installers. Many customers who are used to fitting the products like to come along to make sure they are doing it correctly, while some companies use the service for training their new starters. The sessions have been well received by local police forces, as the more key safes installed correctly the less chance they can be compromised.” Throughout the training course customers will learn about the Supra C500 KeySafeTM’s unique features, the dos and don’ts for installing them correctly and get hands-on practical experience of fitting the key safe.
