Previously run over a weekend with two days training and a night in the “White Hart.” it was decided to re-introduce training with a one day event in 2013, gauge the response and, if well received consider a weekend event next year. 28 THE NOV/DEC 2013 ISSUE SPONSORED BY ADVANCED KEYS Around 70 attended in November including representatives from nine UK police forces, investigators, insurers, and others. Three IAATI Europe members also attended from the Netherlands, and Belgium. A first for an IAATI event, the group included Police Cadets aged 14 -18, who assisted escorting those attending around the site, and sitting in on the mornings presentations. Five, one hour presentations were delivered, covering vehicle examination, insurance investigations, keys, locks and immobilisers; and tracking opportunities and speakers were Simon Hodgson, Lara Mellor, Rob Hare, Pete Stanley and Mike Briggs.
