players, Shirley joined M. Marcus
Ltd in 1995 to take up the sole
position of master keying
operative. Throughout her long
service with M. Marcus Ltd
Shirley has held positions as
supervisor within the pinning
department and worked very
closely with their customer base
within the sales office.

fact that she was responsible for
the construction of the very first
master keyed Iseo product
distributed in the UK and has
been a true stalwart of the Iseo
brand within the M. Marcus
business. She has been a total
credit to the company, and I have
personally worked along side
Shirley for most of those years
and without her great service and
helpful nature we can be pretty
certain that we wouldn’t have
built the great customer relations
we have over the years and we
will miss her greatly.”
Also commenting on Shirley’s

Nikki Allen, ”Shirley has been a
great ambassador for the
company and I have worked
alongside her for over twenty
years myself from my early days
as pinning operative to recently
as supervisor and our team has
grown from one individual
(Shirley) pinning one platform of
cylinder to the present day where

Chilton has announced her retirement
date for the 26th of April 2019.
After previously giving 30 years
long service to the West Midlands

record players, Shirley joined M. Marcus
Ltd in 1995 to take up the sole position of
master keying operative. Throughout her
long service with M. Marcus Ltd Shirley
has held positions as supervisor within
the pinning department and worked very
closely with their customer base within
the sales office.
