Enhance your skills - new
training programme for 2017
» » CODELOCKS, A LEADING
manufacturer of access control products,
is launching a new series of locksmith
training courses in Spring/Summer
2017.
The courses will take place at
Codelocks’ new, purpose-built head
office in Newbury, UK, and will give trade
professionals a chance to get hands on
with the firm’s range of innovative coded
locks.
The programme will focus on
Codelocks’ new range of wireless smart
locks, but attendees will also have the
chance to get to grips with the 150+
variants of mechanical and electronic
locks in the company’s portfolio.
Codelocks recently launched two
new smart locks - the CL5510 and the
CL4510; both of which will feature in the
training curriculum alongside three more
products it plans to launch in the next
6 months. With a focus on convenience
and control, these new smart locks
provide a unique set of capabilities and
should be in every trade professional’s
arsenal.
Not only will locksmiths be able
to familiarise themselves with the
Codelocks product line giving their
consumers and businesses more control
over access to buildings, but they will
also gain access to unique market insight
and have the chance to network with
likeminded professionals in the access
control sector.

Codelocks first introduced its locksmith
training courses in 2012. The programme
has been a great success, with 100%
of attendees agreeing that the training
sessions were beneficial.
Codelocks Marketing Manager,
Ros Bayliss, said that the programme
provides the company with a unique
opportunity to engage with its
customer base. “These hands-on
training sessions allow professionals
to further develop their knowledge of
access control,” said Ros. “We provide
attendees with installation advice,
tips for servicing and programming,
and we help them identify new
opportunities in this rapidly changing
marketplace. In return, we get critical
feedback directly from those installing
and servicing our locks on a daily
basis.”
