Lincoln based Dynamic Access Solutions has developed a new product
called eLOQ - an intelligent, smart key system designed to revolutionise
mechanical key control by providing a flexible, yet powerful access
control solution, without the usual limitations of wiring or power.

and intelligence to a key,
many common problems
disappear. eLOQ keys
operate in much the same
way, however they are
programmed to open only
the locks that an individual is
entitled to access; in addition
to enforcing date and time
based restrictions.
eLOQ keys record the last
3,000 events; including if a
lock was opened successfully
or not. Date and time
stamps of the activity is also
recorded within the key for
full accountability. Keys can
be assigned a begin date and
an expiration date, along with
flexible time periods.
Locks contain no batteries
or wiring, all of the power
required to operate the lock
is taken from the key upon
insertion. Locks easily retrofit
into existing locations where
you might commonly see
mechanical locks, such as
doorways, cabinets, safes
and padlocked areas, in
fact almost any application
controlled by a mechanical
lock.
