Often it is last minute purchases that come through the website rather than bulk orders, because something’s needed fast. When this happens postage and packing can eat into the margins for installers, fabricators and joiners, so that’s why we’ve reduced the minimum order for free next day delivery to just £50. “Online ordering from www. sealco-scotland.co.uk gives customers a quick and easy way to get window and door hardware, locks and accessories from the major manufacturers, including AGB, Hoppe, Maco, PC Henderson, Trojan and Yale. Sealco has also launched a new Essentials range of consumables at everyday low prices. “Extending the online service means anyone can tap into the high stock levels and expertise at Sealco and they’ll get free delivery on all orders over £50.” Phone: 01324 610710 [email protected] www.sealco-scotland.co.uk Hardware Supplier Celebrates 10 Years in Business »»Yorkshire-based window and door hardware supplier, Total Hardware, recently celebrated a decade of trading. The worrying message of Christmas… »»People are prepared to spend on Christmas, but astonishingly, many just don’t bother to invest in better security, according to a recent survey. Research from Everest Home Improvements highlighted that one in 10 UK households spent more than £500 on presents at Christmas - but they are not preparing their homes for potential burglaries during this infamous period. Prior to Christmas, Everest found that 40 per cent of Brits would spend up to £500 on the latest electronic gadgets, computers, jewellery and must-have accessories - but over 30 per cent will not even double check that their doors and windows are secure over the festive season, despite being the most likely access points for break-ins. As people started to wrap their Christmas presents in earnest, one in six (13 per cent) admitted that they would not do anything to secure their home, while 71 per cent will not even leave a hallway light on. More than half of Brits surveyed have gone out locally and even forgotten to close and lock their windows and door
