Lynn F. Austin is managing director, Austin Group Consulting,
LLC – A marketing, public relations, media and executive
leadership consulting firm founded to coach, guide and empower
personal and business brand strategy evolution; effective
communication mastery; executive press/media interview skill
enhancement, and transformational leadership development.
Lynn’s professional portfolio includes executive and leadership
roles at Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and Harley-Davidson
Motor Company. Among her many professional accolades, Lynn
was the first African American Director of Marketing at HarleyDavidson Motor Company. While there, she orchestrated a
landmark info-tainment customized motorcycle program that
toured the country and became a featured custom exhibit at the
2008 grand opening of the Harley-Davidson Museum in
Milwaukee, WI and highlighted her work in making the project
come to life.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Washington Adventist
University and earning a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, she
went on to earn an MBA from Capella University and
transformational coaching certification from the Ultimate Success
Masterclass
Lynn has been profiled in a wide range of media and a featured
speaker at conferences and workshops throughout the country.
She enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, reading, traveling and
spending time with family and friends.
