Mike and Chris visited the winery to taste through a slew of 2013 Chards with James and Jeff this Suimmer. The FOUR boys hit Industrial Eats for some tasty grub - table # FOUR? Chris has to throw some FOUR's up and represent!.
LA HERMANA
So, two wines wasn't the plan but, it's what happened. The first, we’re calling 'La Hermana’ ("the sister" for those of you who took French). She's the first Sister to our SRH Chards from a neighboring, Sisterly AVA - with a nod to the Spanish heritage of Santa Maria. 100% neutral barrel.
60% Bien Nacido, 33% Dierberg & 7% Maldonado - tasting amazing out of the gate! We are so excited to share this wine with you in the Fall release!!
