On a cool, misty morning, 46 students, volunteers, host families and staff met at the University of Michigan’s “Big House” for a tour of the largest stadium in the U.S. They sat in the press boxes and private suites, rawn down the tunnel from the locker room, and tossed a football on the field. A big thanks to Saito, who organized the event. 32 | The Light • YFU YFU volunteers Jennifer and Jason Rysdyk helped organize a day of volunteering at the Feeding America food truck in Grand Rapids, MI. International students from Vietnam, Germany, Indonesia, Finland, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, China, South Korea, Turkey and Kyrgyz Republic gave back to their community by participating.
