NEW DIRECTIONS Around the World Breakfasts Breakfast is a great way to start your day! It will give you energy, boost your metabolism and help you feel the best you can. Whatever country you were born in, or wherever you have traveled, it is important to start your day with breakfast. Many people are rushing in the morning and run out without starting your motor, but just like you fuel your car, you need to feed your body for peak performance.  Try getting up a few minutes early to have breakfast or prepare something the day before egg white omelet + vegetables + cottage cheese that provides a protein rich breakfast to make your day the best it can be. Studies show that breakfast eaters weigh less than those who skip the morning meal. These quick, creative and tasty meals will get you off to a great start! You can incorporate any around the world ideas using protein, healthy whole grains and a small amount of healthy fats. The Mediterranean Diet has been shown to help with cardiovascular risk factors. Here are some ideas for a great start to your day!
