Around the World Breakfasts
Breakfast is a great way to start your day! It
will give you energy, boost your metabolism and
help you feel the best you can. Whatever country
you were born in, or wherever you have traveled,
it is important to start your day with breakfast.
Many people are rushing in the morning and run
out without starting your motor, but just like you
fuel your car, you need to feed your body for peak
performance. Try getting up a few minutes early to
have breakfast or prepare something the day before
