Reserve Our Meeting Room

The DeWitt District Library is now accepting reservations for the use of our meeting room. The Woodruff Annex provides an opportunity for bringing together resources of the library and the activities of the community for educational, cultural, civic and charitable purposes.

The Annex meeting space is approximately 750 sq feet and can accommodate up to 50 adults depending on the room set-up.

Our meeting space includes use of a LCD projector and screen, a sound system, and 6' folding tables with folding chairs.

The DeWitt District Library provides a Study Room to enable individuals or small groups to meet or have a quiet study space to work during regular library hours.

The Woodruff Annex

This meeting room is available to any individual, group or organization with an active DDL card that is in good standing. Visit our website for more information about the Annex fee schedule and reservation policy.


The Study Room is available at no cost.

The Study Room may be used twice per week for up to 2 hours per day.

The space has a table and chairs that seats 4 individuals however a few more people may comfortably occupy the room.

Room usage is intended for library users aged 11 and older. Individuals younger than 11 must have an adult in the Study Room at all times during use.

The Library Study Room is not intended for business or commercial use.


The Study Room
