Try starting with a daily to-do list, then move onto long-term action. Follow the concept behind it to ensure that your team members feel appreciated, uplifted and recognized. 13 Your passion is part of what makes you the incredible leader you are. Make sure you share that light with all the members of your team. 21 7 MAKE A GIFT FOR A TEAM MEMBER Get your Pinterest game on and discover the world of DIY crafting. This will indicate to your team members that you appreciate them and are thankful they're on your team! 22 8 DO SOMETHING CREATIVE Paint that mural, build that table, craft that jewelry. Not only is it intellectually stimulating, but it's a great stress relief as well!
