WELCOME TO THE FIRST ISSUE OF THE LANDLORD MAGAZINE This first issue is a kick starter for bigger and better things to come. There aren't really any cutting edge publications for landlords bringing you honest and direct commentary on the industry. So we thought we'd rectify that. The Landlord magazine will come to you every quarter (although this March issue was supposed to be ready at the end of Jan). Delays are all part and parcel of life, landlording is no different. So I hope you will forgive us for this oversight a little more sympathetically than you would a tenant falling behind on his rent. We promise we will do our best to get the next issue to you on time. So what can you expect from this issue and from future issues to come? Well, we promise to bring you foresight and opinion from experts and professionals involved directly with the industry. Individuals and firms involved with people like yourselves, letting properties like your own, with the same problems experienced by you. In this first issue we have kept it pretty simple. We want to warm you up nicely ready for the next edition. No cricket test match is won in the first innings - unless of course you are playing against England – and so you can rest assured that the next one will contain a whole lot more. Lots more articles, current landlord and buy to let news, Important updates to keep you abreast of the recent and planned changes to rules and regulations and some other fun stuff including a BIG give away. But for now, enjoy the opening credits and we promise to be back in June with your next instalment. If you want to share your thoughts or you have any suggestions for us please feel as free as a bird to contact me via my email below.
